best time to hike the Annapurna base camp and Annapurna Circuit is an
elimination game. The Annapurna circuit trek is by far the most popular trek in
the Annapurna region of Nepal. Annapurna is north-central Nepal is the tenth
highest mountain in the world. The route around the Annapurna was opened to foreigner trekking in 1977, and it has since become the most popular destination
of Nepal. Starting at Besisahar, the trek takes you through sub-tropical
meadows before ascending up into some stunning alpine peaks where you
eventually reach the magnificent through la pass which, at 5,416m is the
highest peak in the world. The northern area of the Annapurna region receives
much less rain than most parts of the Himalayan which means that trekking
can be pursued all year-round, even during the monsoon period. The best

detoxification we now provide meals that include superfood as part of the
ingredients for better acclimatization to high altitude and better nourishment.
There are the varieties of choice of western and Asian foods dishes or the
mixture of both in all the major destinations you visit. Once given the plate
full of rice and a soupy bean mixture you poured the soupy bean over the rice and scooped up the hot mixture with your hands. When you ran low on rice or
beans, someone would come over to the table with a bag bowl and ladle and give
you more. Dhal Bhat is the perfect food for trekking, and the guide and the
porter ate two times a day every day. During the trek, you can expect three full
meals a day as well as regular tea and coffee breaks on both tea-house style or
camping treks where food are prepared freshly daily. You learn to look at food
not as an experience, but as nutrition. You try the spaghetti at once place and
it’s good. The western food choices were everywhere; yak steak in Manang, apple
pie in Marpha, pizza in Dharapani, and pancakes in pisang.
